Czech Virus MPS-5 PRO 1000 g MPS-5 PRO is a high quality protein composed of 5 different protein sources. The largest part consists of whey concentrate processed by CFM (Cross-Flow Microfiltration) and native milk protein (source of micellar casein). The rest is a mixture of CFM whey isolate, hydrolysed (split) whey concentrate and egg albumin. The composition reflects current studies for the most ideal protein composition for maximum anabolism. This is complemented by the enzymes Tolerase™ L, Papain and Bromelain for maximum protein utilization and lactose breakdown. MPS-5 PRO is formulated based on studies that recommend a combination of different protein sources as the best possible choice for maximum anabolism. Native Whey Protein CFM [Concentrate] - The Cross Flow Microfiltration method is a cross flow microfiltration process that takes place through special ceramic filters that pass only whey protein without any other unwanted components. It gently separates whey protein from denatured proteins, milk fat and lactose. In this way, the protein retains the maximum bio-active fractions and has a high biological efficiency. The process is completely chemical-free! The concentrate offers the maximum content of valuable bioactive fractions in the protein. Native milk protein [Micellar casein] - Native milk protein Protein is a source of micellar casein, which releases the protein gradually (up to several hours). Studies have clearly shown that the addition of micellar casein to whey protein is very suitable and this combination is good for maximizing muscle gains. Casein is normally known as a protein that is particularly suitable for overnight use, but studies suggest that this combination is best suited for post-workout for maximum results. Native whey protein CFM [Isolate] - Isolate processed by the CFM method (method described abovee) offers the maximum amount of protein with almost zero fat and carbohydrates. Whey Protein Hydrolysate - Hydrolysate is not added in this product for extremely fast absorption (as is usual with Hydra), but to kick-start the stimulation of protein digestion. Egg albumin - Egg albumin offers a high protein content and is fat, cholesterol and lactose free. Albumin is a slower digesting protein that delivers protein gradually (longer than whey protein). It has a high biological value and offers a complete profile of essential amino acids to complete the spectrum of this blend. Added enzymes and great taste - Czech Virus brand proteins are characterized by originality and innovation (for example, the first use of probiotics in proteins by CZ brands in Pure Elite CFM). For this reason, we have added enzymes to the protein blend based on the findings from studies to further help with maximum protein utilization. We have added Tolerase™ L, Papain and Bromelain (more information on each enzyme below). On top of that, the taste is very pleasant with the expected texture thanks to micellar casein. Digestive enzymes: Tolerase™ L is an acid lactase that converts lactose to glucose and galactose. The enzyme comes from a special strain of the fungus Aspergillus oryzae. Its activity at low pH (3.5-5.5) makes this lactase particularly effective in digesting lactosein the stomach and is therefore ideal for use in nutritional supplements to aid digestion. Papain is a proteolytic enzyme found primarily in the juice of the unripe fruit and latex of the papaya tree (Carica papaya). Papain hydrolytically cleaves peptides, amides and esters. Bromelain is an enzyme found in fresh pineapple. It breaks down proteins and curdles milk. The bromelain found in natural products is produced from the pineapple stalk and is different from the enzyme found in the fruit. Cleaved (pre-digested) protein that helps stimulate protein digestion. Egg albumin (5% of product protein). Egg albumin offers a high protein content and is fat, cholesterol and lactose free.
