For several years now I have had the idea in my head how to elevate Czech bodybuilding, how to change its perception in society and how to help others to improve. Radek Neumann and I have had extensive conversations and exchanged many emails on this topic.

As a result we decided to publish an e-book where we will try to outline my training from A to Z. The goal was clear. ABOUT THE AUTHORS:

Radek Neumann (1978)

Pavel Beran's trainer with more than 20 years of practical experience. He has been studying intensively the issues of training, nutrition, biochemistry, supportive substances and supplementation for new effective methods in bodybuilding training that lead to significant progress. The highlight of his competitive era was winning the title of the Absolute Czech Champion and National Champion in 2013. In the last five years, his primary focus has been on the comprehensive coverage of competition training. He is one of the most respected and sought-after specialists in this field. During his coaching career he has worked with Tomas Bures, Jakub Šubrt and Matěj Rysavy. Currently he is also working with another professional Jan Turek.

Pavel Beran (1993)

Professional bodybuilder in the IFBB Pro League division. He has been doing bodybuilding for more than 10 years and managed to get a pro card as a junior by winning the EVLS Prague Amateur 2016. Other notable achievements include the victory among juniors at the aforementionedand the Arnold Classic Europe 2016 or the title of National Powerlifting Champion 2017 also in the junior category. During his professional debut in 2018 he placed 4th at the EVLS Prague Pro. Pavel is one of our most promising bodybuilders of today.
