Recommended Dosage:

• Take a maximum of 50 g of Egg Albumin daily, preferably divided into two servings
• take one dose preferably before sleep
• do not take just before or after physical exercise
• Mix 25 g (5 tablespoons) in a reasonable amount of water or milk
