Dosage:
Use: Dissolve 30 g (3 tablespoons) in 300 ml of water or milk. Take 1-3 servings per day as needed, preferably shortly after waking up and about 1 hour after training. It is not advisable to exceed the recommended daily dose. Not intended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
