EGG 100 is 100% egg protein completely free of fat and carbohydrates. It comes from real organic farms in Argentina, where poultry is raised in a clean environment and fed healthy and only natural, without the use of chemical feed.

EGG 100 is an egg albumin with a high bioavailability index of 100. EGG 100 is suitable for protein supplementation, which contributes to the growth of muscle mass and its maintenance in situations where it is threatened by catabolism. EGG 100, dried egg white, contains high quality proteins, optimally usable by the human body. The protein content is 82 % (90 % in dry matter). Egg albumin is one of the basic sources of animal protein. Egg protein EGG 100 is a slower digesting type of animal protein and is therefore also suitable for use before sleep. EGG 100 does not contain any fat or carbohydrates.

Recommended dosage:

• Depends on body weight, sports activity and diet composition
• We recommend dividing the daily dose into 2 - 3 servings
• use one scoop 3 - 4 hours before training and one scoop in the evening or before sleep
• on training days off, one scoop in the morning and one in the evening
• Mix one full scoop of EGG 100 (29 g) in 200 ml of milk or water
