PeptiBeef® is a hydrolysed bovine protein - HydroBEEF® branded isolate (hydrolysed bovine peptides) containing meat (approx. 25%) and skeletal (approx. 75%) proteins. The product has the highest proportion of meat protein of any beef product on the market. The protein is hydrolysed, i.e. the resulting peptides are very quickly digestible and quickly usable by the human body. Approximately 15% of HydroBEEF® peptides have a molecular weight of 6000 Da, 55% 3000 Da and 30% 500 Da or less, which are very highpeptides with extremely good absorption and availability.
After mixing, a foamed shake is formed. PeptiBeef® contains 91% hydrolysed isolated bovine protein with minimal fat content. In addition, the enzymes bromelain and papain are added for ideal protein utilization and for incorporation into muscle mass. PeptiBeef® is also sweetened with a sweetener from the stevia plant. How to properly prepare hydrolyzed protein isolate PeptiBeef®?
Shaking PeptiBeef® produces a typical shake-like consistency with a thick foam and it is necessary to "play around" with the preparation.
