It is an extract of green tea, native to China. The leaves of a plant called Camellia Sinensis, known in our terms as Green Tea, are used for production. The effect of green tea on the human body is notorious and has been described in dozens of publications and articles, especially on oxidative processes in the body (aging).
This product contains a 20:1 ratio. This ratio means that 50mg is equivalent to 1000mg of green tea leaf.
