My Bar Zero are delicious , high protein bars, suitable for anyone looking for an alternative source of protein on the go.
These bars are available in 5 fantastic flavours; Lemon Cheesecake, Chocolate, Almond & Vanilla, Strawberry & Vanilla and Apple & Cinnamon.
For an alternative way to eat these bars, remove the wrapper, place on a baking tray/plate and bake them in a preheated oven for a few minutes, or place them in the microwave for about 20 seconds. This will make the bars softer and more delicious. You can also add peanuts, cashews or almond butter to enhance the taste.
Each bar offers 20g of protein per serving, which will help to grow and maintain muscle mass. My Bar Zero is also low in saturated fat and has 90% less carbohydrates than standard protein bars*, making them ideal for increasing protein intake. The high protein content of these bars comes from milk protein, which creates an exceptional amino acid profile. Unlike many other protein bars, My Bar Zero contains no added polyols.
