Since this is a pure amino acid, the only macronutrient represented is protein. In 100g of this product you will find 99g of protein, no carbohydrates or fat.
For beginner exercisers, it is advisable to take 1.5g- 3g in one dose. The most important dose is 30 minutes before exercise, but the product can be taken at any time of the day. 2 to 3 doses per day are appropriate depending on your goal. Even more advanced exercisers should not exceed 5g in a single dose.
