Ingredients:
Chocolate whey protein matrix (CFM whey 90% isolate, whey 80% protein concentrate), micellar casein (85% isolate), defatted cocoa, ground ricee, chocolate shavings [sucrose (0.8 g in 1 bag), cocoa mass, cocoa butter, soylecithin (emulsifier), flavouring], protein balls [whey protein isolate, rice (1 : 1), soya lecithin (emulsifier)] additives: xanthan and guar gum (stabiliser, thickener), flavouring, sucralose (sweetener).
Recommended dosage:
- Protein Pudding is recommended to be consumed once or twice a day depending on the daily protein requirement.
- Dissolve the contents of the sachet (40 g) in 200 ml of water or skimmed milk and stir vigorously for 2 minutes until a pudding-like mass forms
