To prepare 1 serving, mix 30 g (1 scoop) Natural Whey with 200 ml still water or milk. Use a shaker to stir the portion thoroughly.
Recommended daily dosage: 1-3 servings per day as needed.
Keep dry, in a dark place, well sealed and at temperatures between 4 °C and 25 °C. Which means too humid in the fridge, too sunny on the windowsill, too cold in the freezer - but just right in the pantry.
