Colostrum or first milk
The fluid produced by the mammary glands of mammals in the first few hours after birth to enable newborn mammals to resist viruses and bacteria in the first few moments of birth. Colostrum is rich in biologically active substances especially immunoglobulins. Cow colostrum is many times richer in immunoglobulins up to 40 times higher content than human colostrum. Colostrum is suitable to use for immunity support.
