How to dose Reflex Instant Whey Pro?
One serving is 25 grams of protein (equivalent to about three scoops). Mix this amount in 150 ml of water (or milk). The manufacturer recommends taking 2-3 doses per day. The protein should be drunk especially after training, but you can indulge at any time of the day.
