How to dose Scitec 100% Whey Protein Professional?
One serving is one scoop included in the package (about 30 g of protein). Mix the scoop with 250 ml of liquid (water, milk). You can adjust the amount of liquid if you want a more or less intense taste. It is recommended to take after training.
