BCAA is a mixture of three amino acids (leucine, isoleucine and valine) crucial for muscle recovery after a hard workout. L-Leucine is the most abundant in most BCAAs because it plays a key role in the proper process of proteosynthesis. All three amino acids are essential, so our body cannot make them on its own.
You can find BCAAs in liquid, powder or tablet form.
