What are the most important ingredients of a good burner?
In order for a burner to be maximally effective, it must contain the right active ingredients. Let's take a look in the next few lines at what are the most important ingredients of a good burner. If we talk about thermogenic burners (i.e. those that increase the body's heat production and thus energy expenditure), we must not in any way omit synephrine.
Synephrine
It is mainly used to break down fat, energise the body and mobilise fat reserves. It also increases metabolic turnover and promotes thermogenesis. It specifically stimulates beta-3 receptors, thus stimulating fat metabolism, eliminating excess water in the body and increasing energy expenditure. Importantly, synephrine has no side effects and does not act although it is similar in its effects to ephedrine.
Caffeine
We move into the category of stimulant and lipotropic burners. Caffeine should definitely be represented here. This alkaloid is used by most users on a daily basis, whether in coffee, tea or as a standalone supplement. It has a stimulating effect on the nervous system - it delays fatigue, increases attention and to some extent induces euphoria. It causes better mobilization of fat reserves, which you use as a source of energy during exercise.
CLA
Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) rounds out our top three ingredients for a good burner. This is a non-essential fatty acid that inhibits the growth of additional adipose tissue, increases metabolic rate, alleviates hunger and prevents catabolism. Capsaicin

How to dose fat burners?
