For a more detailed analysis, we chose the medium option because it is the happy medium. As far as the variety of the individual packages is concerned, there is probably nothing to object to here. The menu can be put together quite variedly and the individual meals are not repeated too often. The exception is the protein drink, but that's probably no surprise. Taste-wise, the dishes vary quite a bit. While the soups, pancakes and omelettes are really hilarious, some of the porridges, puddings or smoothies may not suit everyone. Of course, it is very difficult to judge taste, because everyone prefers something differentso it's quite possible that you will perceive this aspect quite differently.
If we were to rate the ingredients of all the individual dishes, we would be here for a really long time. In terms of food quality ingredients, we have to rate the packages from Chia Shake positively. The individual dishes contain a wide range of vitamins and minerals, which is a big plus. On the other hand, we did not find any unnecessary colourings and flavourings in them. Taste-wise, it's traditionally very individual, but in principle we can say that Chia Shake products taste pretty good.
Final assessment:
The diet plans from Chia Shake are well set up and contain all the nutrients you would expect from a keto diet. I especially appreciate the high content of vitamins and minerals, which are often deficient during a keto diet. A big plus is also the ability to choose the flavors of most meals according to your preferences. In fact, unsatisfactory flavor is one of the things that customers often complain about with other manufacturers. On the other hand, the range of dishes on offer is not the most varied and it can be quite unpleasant to eat six meals in a row for weeks on end. Ultimately, though, this is a quality nutrition plan.
The Prodietix brand also offers its diet plans. Interestingly, apart from how much weight you want to lose, the diet plans are also divided according to your body structure. A huge positive that I see in the Prodietix diet is the variety of foods included in the package. In addition to the wide variety of foods, you also get a great selection of ingredientsflavours, so it's not often that you have to eat the same product too often. On the contrary. Every day you can taste something new, which I think is a really big advantage. With a varied diet, you have a much higher chance of actually sticking to the diet. Taste-wise, it's hard to give the same grade to a whole package containing so many meals. However, it's the great variety that makes sure that even if you don't like something, it won't really be a big problem.
I do, however, have slight reservations about the ingredients. It's certainly not a disaster and in terms of the ingredients used it is most likely it's a much lesser evil than the food most people eat when they're not on a diet. But still, the manufacturer could have avoided substances like acesulfame K, sodium L-glutamate and so on. It's probably no surprise that cream-flavoured foods or chocolate cake don't contain actual chocolate at all. However, what is already slightly disappointing are the sausages, which contain a very poor 50% meat. Despite these shortcomings, it is still a very well put together diet package, the main advantage of which is the aforementioned variety.
Final assessment:
I was very pleasantly surprised by the Prodietix diet plans. The reason for this is mainly the really wide range of meals, because the monotonyThe monotony of some diets is one of the main reasons why people don't stick with them. But you have to pay a bit more for the varied composition of meals, because Prodietix packages are based onare more expensive per serving than most competing diets. Honestly, though, I think even a slightly higher price is worth paying for a varied diet. And if you don't mind the occasional presence of some controversial flavorings, you'll be fine.

If you want to lose weight, there are plenty of options you can choose. The keto diet, meanwhile, is not exactly easy and requires a great deal of willpower and strong discipline. If you know before you start that you can't go the whole time without going on both...then why even start? I've written several times about how even a small sin can cause your body to start drawing energy from glycogen again. Instead, try something else.
